Dr. Mozafari and her staff are the best. Other orthodontists'd told me I needed a jaw surgery and only after that ortho treatment would give me an ideal result. However, she could fix the asymmetry of my upper jaw with orthodontic treatment and no surgery! So far I'm very happy with my treatment and can't wait for the final result. I highly recommend her.
I am 33 and had consultations with several orthodontists about getting braces done on my teeth. All of them would suggest that I get four teeth removed to straighten my crooked teeth, except Dr. Mozafari. At our first consultation, she took time to look at my face and teeth to come up with an optimal and personalized solution for me. She noticed that though my teeth were crooked and they were further back in my smile. If the typical orthodontic treatment of four teeth removal were to be done on me, my teeth will move further back, which may cause me to have a "smaller" smile. So Dr. Mozafari suggested that we start the braces work without teeth removal to begin with. She wants to adjust the teeth and straighten them little by little to see if we could make space for all them to give me a fuller smile. I have had braces with Dr. Mozafari for about four months now and my teeth are moving very cooperatively! They are making spaces for each other and straightening out nicely. We liked Dr. Mozafari immediately during the consultation. All x-rays are done in her office so no need to go elsewhere like other orthodontists. We found her in-network of the dental insurance. Competitively priced and discount if paid in full. My child wore braces for 2 years due to overbite, then retainer full time for several months, then retainer only at night. Dr. M is kind, professional and considerate. She takes the time to answer your questions. The staff is nice too. They are patient to schedule your next appointment. At first it was much easier to schedule an appointment when there was only an office in Cupertino, and now she is in Los Altos and Cupertino. I recommend others to her.

When I was looking for orthodontist for my son, Dr. Mozafari was the only one didn't recommend pulling a tooth to make room for the treatment and I m glad I trusted her and went to her. When I went back to her the second time and told her the other two orthodontists' plan she gave me a very thorough explanation why her treatment not needing extraction and from there I knew she is very knowledgeable ,patient and detail oriented. Her staffs are friendly and courteous. A few times my son needed minor adjustment for discomfort and they were able to see him right away. One time it was on a Saturday no office hour but Dr. M got the message I left on the voice mail and took him in before we had to leave for a trip. The cost of treatment is slightly more than the other two orthodontists but the others do not include X-rays and at Dr M's office she has the most modern technology equipments. 3D instant scan on site, no need to take a biting mold. No extra cost when we later found out my son's molar are not coming down, may require more treatment. I know my younger son will need orthodontic treatment when all of his teeth comes in and I wish our insurance still have her in the network and even if she is not, I would still send my second child to her!
Just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Mozafari... And I couldn't be happier! Dr. Mozafari is one of the top orthodontists I've seen. She is kind, detail-oriented, and will always make sure to spend one-on-one time with her patients. I know I can always trust her treatment plan and recommendation because she wants only the best for her patients and will not settle for anything but the best results. The Signature Orthodontics staff are also wonderful to work with, always smiling, always personal... I feel very at home when in the office. We have loved coming to this office! From our first visit until now, we have been treated like we are special and mean something to them. Our phone calls are answered promptly, problems remedied quickly, and appointments made ASAP. I appreciate being made to feel like my family matters to them. Our orthodontia has been quite successful. I attribute this to their attention to detail and perfection. Additionally, Dr. suggested we use an appliance every night called Propel which we bite on for five minutes. It vibrates and moves the teeth gently. This shortens the length of time we will need our orthodontia! I highly recommend this friendly and efficient office!

I came in for my free consultation, after hearing good things about this orthodontics. I was very impressed with the modern, clean and sterile office/clinic. The orthodontist was very nice and professional, giving me genuine advice that wasn't the typical greedy and aggressive I meet hear at a bigger branch. I was given all my options, and carefully walked through the procedures. After deciding to go for it, I was extremely pleasant with the great service I was provided with. The orthodontist made sure my teeth were perfect, and was very patient with me, which made me feel comfortable. My teeth have never looked or felt this good. Not only were they nice and professional, but they showed genuine care for me and my teeth. They are truly masters of their craft.
I had braces years ago when I was a kid, but I'm not happy with the results so I asked my general dentist to refer me to an orthodontist and I was referred to this office. I came in for my free consultation (always a nice touch) and was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean and new office that looked modern. Much nicer than going to your typical older style dental office! Yay for finally being referred to a dentist who realizes we're not in the 80's! The doctor herself was very sweet and appeared to truly care for her patients rather than just being technical the whole time. She also presented me with different treatment options so that I could decide which route was best for me. She fully explained everything and made sure that I understood it rather than just giving me a whole speech in dental terms that honestly nobody understands. I will definitely be coming back again to begin treatment and will be recommending this office to anyone who needs ortho care!

I was referred to Signature Orthodontics by a friend of mine who is patient there and I can't be happier. The office has a great feel! Dr. Mozafari explained the plan very well and answered all my question. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
When I was looking for orthodontist for my son, Dr. Mozafari was the only one didn't recommend pulling a tooth to make room for the treatment and I m glad I trusted her and went to her. When I went back to her the second time and told her the other two orthodontists' plan she gave me a very thorough explanation why her treatment not needing extraction and from there I knew she is very knowledgeable ,patient and detail oriented. Her staffs are friendly and courteous. A few times my son needed minor adjustment for discomfort and they were able to see him right away. One time it was on a Saturday no office hour but Dr. M got the message I left on the voice mail and took him in before we had to leave for a trip. The cost of treatment is slightly more than the other two orthodontists but the others do not include X-rays and at Dr M's office she has the most modern technology equipments. 3D instant scan on site, no need to take a biting mold. No extra cost when we later found out my son's molar are not coming down, may require more treatment. I know my younger son will need orthodontic treatment when all of his teeth comes in and I wish our insurance still have her in the network and even if she is not, I would still send my second child to her!
Just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Mozafari... And I couldn't be happier! Dr. Mozafari is one of the top orthodontists I've seen. She is kind, detail-oriented, and will always make sure to spend one-on-one time with her patients. I know I can always trust her treatment plan and recommendation because she wants only the best for her patients and will not settle for anything but the best results. The Signature Orthodontics staff are also wonderful to work with, always smiling, always personal... I feel very at home when in the office. Would definitely recommend if you're seeking a caring, top caliber, and welcoming office to pursue your orthodontic work!
We have loved coming to this office! From our first visit until now, we have been treated like we are special and mean something to them. Our phone calls are answered promptly, problems remedied quickly, and appointments made ASAP. I appreciate being made to feel like my family matters to them. Our orthodontia has been quite successful. I attribute this to their attention to detail and perfection. Additionally, Dr. suggested we use an appliance every night called Propel which we bite on for five minutes. It vibrates and moves the teeth gently. This shortens the length of time we will need our orthodontia! I highly recommend this friendly and efficient office!

I just got my braces off and I love my smile!!!! Dr. Mozafari is a perfectionist, very knowledgeable, in the same time graceful and very friendly. I should say every body in the office is nice, welcoming and friendly. The office is very clean and they use top of the line technology. I definitely recommend them to all my friends!

I came in for my free consultation, after hearing good things about this orthodontics. I was very impressed with the modern, clean and sterile office/clinic. The orthodontist was very nice and professional, giving me genuine advice that wasn't the typical greedy and aggressive I meet hear at a bigger branch. I was given all my options, and carefully walked through the procedures. After deciding to go for it, I was extremely pleasant with the great service I was provided with. The orthodontist made sure my teeth were perfect, and was very patient with me, which made me feel comfortable. My teeth have never looked or felt this good. Not only were they nice and professional, but they showed genuine care for me and my teeth. They are truly masters of their craft.
I had braces years ago when I was a kid, but I'm not happy with the results so I asked my general dentist to refer me to an orthodontist and I was referred to this office. I came in for my free consultation (always a nice touch) and was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean and new office that looked modern. Much nicer than going to your typical older style dental office! Yay for finally being referred to a dentist who realizes we're not in the 80's! The doctor herself was very sweet and appeared to truly care for her patients rather than just being technical the whole time. She also presented me with different treatment options so that I could decide which route was best for me. She fully explained everything and made sure that I understood it rather than just giving me a whole speech in dental terms that honestly nobody understands. I will definitely be coming back again to begin treatment and will be recommending this office to anyone who needs ortho care!
